The Background

The owners of this expanded Dutch colonial were interested in remodeling and upgrading multiple interior spaces, including the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom, while improving the floor plan and adding a porch.

The Renovation

We made significant changes and floor plan improvements throughout the entire house, which made the home feel more extensive, yet the only square footage we added was a new screened porch off the living room. A roof deck above the screen porch serves as a private outdoor space for the primary suite.
