The Background

The owners of this expanded Dutch colonial were interested in upgrading multiple interior spaces and improving the floor plan.

The Renovation

We made significant changes and floor plan improvements throughout the house, which made the place feel more extensive, yet the only square footage we added was a new screen porch off the living room. A roof deck above the screen porch serves as a private outdoor space for the primary suite.
