The Renovation

The shape of the lot played a big role in the development of this garage design. Since the lot was too narrow to consider an attached garage, we designed a structure to become the focal point of the lovely gardens behind the house.
We used heavy timber accents and extra thick custom wood overhead doors to lend a timeless feel to the new structure.
The finished second level houses a multi-use space as an art studio, music rehearsal space, and a gathering area for smaller groups.
