Colonial Connection

The Background

The owners of this expanded colonial came to us with a challenge: renovate the kitchen, dining, and hall areas to connect the older and the newer halves of the home, which previously felt like two separate houses.

The Renovation

We created sight lines by opening up the walls surrounding the former kitchen, dining room, and hall areas and used the new open floor plan to bring the once disjointed house together into a cohesive home.
